Leading the class is none other than multi-state champion competition cook Doctor Porkenstein (aka Alex Cothell) of Kenosha, Wisconsin. The good doctor will be taking a break from running his 'que joint, The BBQ Factory, to show attendees the tips and tricks that have helped make him one of the most respected cooks around.
